Born June 17, 1915, in Green County, Pa., a daughter of the late William and Minnie Phillips Shultz, she was a Lake County resident for 45 years.
She was a member of First Church of Christ in Painesville.
Survivors are her son, Joseph H. of Perry; daughters, Nancy L. Condon of Morrow, Ga. and Cynthia J. Condon of Cottonwood, Ariz.; sister, Marie Barnes of Green County, Pa.; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Dr. Harry E., died in 1975. Her parents, William and Minnie Phillips Schultz; four brothers; and two sisters, are also deceased.
