Ila Nan Clyde Cook, 83, passed away on July 24, 2004. She was born February 26, 1921 in Springville to Wilford W. and Henrietta Palfreyman Clyde. She married Gene Bird he died in WWII, she married Vernon O. Cook. She is survived by her husband Vernon and children: Bruce V. Glenn C. David O, Nan Alene, J. Philip, Catharine and Etta Christine. Funeral service held July 28, 2004 in the Monument Park Stake Center with interment in the Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Larkin-Sunset Mortuary.
