Alpha Forsee

Alpha Forsee, 73, died Sunday at the
Greenwood Rest Home in Centralia
after a long illness.
Mrs. Forsee was born in Columbia
March 21, 1904 to Felix and Martha
Blanche Forbis.
On March 27, 1922, she married Wil-
liam Thomas Forsee of Columbia. He
preceded her in death.
Mrs. Forsee was a member of the
Parkview Christian Church of Cen-
tralia.
She is survived by two sons; Homer
Glenn Forsee, Columbia, and William
Joseph, Hallsville; five daughters:
Mrs. Charles Wyatt Jr. and Mrs. Vessie
Miller, both of Centralia, Mrs. Joseph
Betz, Naperville, Ill., Mrs. Pat Allen
and Martha Sue Forsee, both of Colum-
bia; two sisters: Mrs. Clarence Lewis,
Nashville, and Mrs. Rupert Mahurin,
Miami, Okla.; 15 grandchildren; 14
great-grandchildren, and three step-
grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m.
today at the Fenton Funeral Chapel in
Centralia. The Rev. Larry Smith, min-
ister of the Parkview Christian Church,
will officiate. He will be assisted by the
Rev. Seal Bradford of Centralia. Burial
will be at Glendale Memorial Gardens,
also in Centralia. Visitation will be until
time of service.
