West Point – Mrs. Beulah Staggs Stafford, age 92, died Saturday, Feb. 12, 1994 at Floy Dyer Manor in Houston. Graveside services were held Monday, Feb. 14 at Greenwood Cemetery in West Point with the Rev. Terry Partin officiating.

The daughter of the late William Robert Staggs and the late Ida Butler Staggs, she was a native of Clay County. She was a seamstress for Knickerbocker Manufacturing in West Point for 30 years and was a member of West End Baptist Church in West Point. She was the widow of the late Jeffery Jehue Stafford who passed away June 19, 1981.

Survivors include one son, Virgil Stafford of West Point; two granddaughters, Shirley Criddle of Houston and Joyce Austin of Artesia; one great grandchild and two great great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Leonard Criddle, Jeremy Criddle, William A Criddle, Floyd Criddle, Troy Criddle, Jackie Austin and Bill Criddle.

Calvert Funeral Home of West Point was in charge of arrangements.
