Abner Boone Sullivan
Abner Boone Sullivan, aged about 80 years, died at his home in the 22nd district Thursday afternoon, February 7, 1946, after a short illness. He was the son of the late Berry and Emaline Morrow Sullivan and was born and reared in Lincoln county. He was a member of the Missionary Baptist church for more than 50 years. The funeral services were held at the Lincoln church Friday afternoon, conducted by the Rev. Morgan Walker, with burial in the Lincoln cemetery. He is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Sam Shelton, Mrs. Garland Henderson, Mrs. Lillian Shelton, Mrs. Gilbert Fuller and Mrs. Rose Tucker; two sons, Emmett and Edward Sullivan; one sister, Mrs. Lucy Dunn, all of Lincoln county.
