Ms. JoAnn "Panda" Allen, age 59, died Friday, October 31, 2008, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center after a long illness. She was a native of Bulloch County and a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. She was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by two sisters, Mrs. Blondie Joyce and Mrs. Annie "Pat" Holly; and one brother, Mr. Billy Edwards.

The Homegoing service for Ms. JoAnn Allen will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 8, 2008, at Tabernacle Baptist Church. Burial: Eastside Cemetery. James R. Barnes Mortuary.
