Miriam Josey, age 91 of Edmond, OK formerly of Camden, AR passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2011.
She was born to Charles Washington and Pearl Payne Cathey in Thornton, AR on June 23, 1919.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Doyle Josey.
She is survived by her daughter, Anne White and husband, Joe of Edmond, OK; grandson, John White of Oklahoma City, OK; granddaughters, Josey DeBorde and husband, Mike of Edmond, OK and Jane Sweigart and husband, Kurt of Edmond, OK; great grandchildren, Corey Rhodes, Dylan DeBorde, Harris Sweigart and Wesley Sweigart; sister, Margaret Anne Rolleigh of Heber Springs, AR; and sister-in-law; Margie Cathey of Camden, AR.
A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, April 23, 2011 at Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the charity of choice. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
