She was born July 20, 1902, in Momagoe Springs, Mo., the daughter of Isaac and Alice Oldom Fritts. She married Roy Roosevelt Willard April 4, 1923, in Davenport. He died June 10, 1993.
Survivors include sons, Robert Willard, Dixon, and Harold Willard, Moline; a daughter, Dorothy Ackman, Springfield, Ill.; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, three great great-grandchildren, two sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
