Gloria Gean Arnold, 61, of Alpena, Michigan, former area resident, died at 2:20 a.m. Sunday, April 22, 2007, at Alpena Regional Medical Center of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 26, at Calvary Tabernacle, Three Oaks, with Pastor Wes Arnold of Alpena Apostolic Tabernacle, officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Three Oaks. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today, April 25, 2007 at Calvary Tabernacle, Three Oaks. Memorials may be made to the family.

Mrs. Arnold was born July 13, 1945, in Caraway, Ark., and had lived in this area for seven years, coming from North Dakota. Gloria was a pastor's wife, First Lady of Alpena Apostolic Assembly. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, Marvin Wesley Arnold, whom she married on August 10, 1963, in Three Oaks; sons, Marvin W. (Teresa) Arnold, Jr. of Waterford, Mich., Tony (Jackie) Arnold of Berrien Springs; daughters, Karla (Bryan) Mangrum of Adrian, Mich., and Lisa (Scott) Willey of Otisville, Mich.; and 11 grandchildren – Brandon Mangrum, Shaun Mangrum, Karlee Mangrum, Nicole Arnold, Westan Arnold, Kaitlyn Arnold, Brianna Willey, Mariah Willey, Leslie Billington, Sarah Arnold and Blake Arnold. Gloria's first great-grandchild is due in June. She is also survived by her mother, Rena Adams of Three Oaks and brothers, Dannie (Alice) Adams and Eddie (Denise) Adams; sisters, Linda (Jerry) Jerue, Eunice Place and Shirley Alred.

She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Adams, and two brothers, Ken and Jerry Adams.
