Tony Parsons, 38, of Moultrie died Saturday, April 23, 2011, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Padgett and the Rev. Tom Lawrence officiating. Interment will follow at Zion Grove Assembly of God Cemetery. Members of the Berlin Volunteer Fire Department will serve as casketbearers.
Born Nov. 23, 1972, in Bartow, Fla., Mr. Parsons was the son of Ilona Howell Parsons and the late George Nathan Parsons. He was a fork lift driver for Hurst Boilers and was of the Assembly of God faith.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Dale Parsons.
Survivors include his mother, Ilona Howell Parsons of Moultrie; two daughters, Victoria Lynn Parsons and Jessica Renee Parsons, both of Moultrie; a sister, Diane Humbers and husband Mike of Moultrie; three nieces, Aisha Parsons, Amber Parsons and Samantha Harcus, all of Moultrie; and a nephew, Jeremy Sumner of Moultrie.
