MANSFIELD -- Lifford Hill Cook, 94, died in a local hospital Saturday afternoon after a long illness. He was a native and lifelong resident of Grand Cane.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the Drewett Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dan McBride and the Rev. Dan Grove officiating. Burial will be in the Grand Cane Cemetery.
Survivors include one brother, Curtis Cook of Oakdale; two sisters, Mrs. J.M. Sharp of Mooringsport and Mrs. C. L. Morey of Long Beach, Calif.
