A requiem mass for Milton Aleksalza, a pipe fitter, will be offered at 10 A.M. tomorrow at St. Rose of Lima Church, Brooklyn.
Mr. Aleksalza, 58, died on Sunday at South Baltimore General Hospital He lived at 12 Bristol Avenue.
Mr. Aleksalza is survived by his wife, the former Florence Sternad, two daughters, Virginia Aleksalza and Judith Aleksalza, both of Landsdowne, a son, Raymond F. Aleksalza and a sister, Mrs. Helen Przybylski of Baltimore and a niece, Frances Neuhiemer of Baltimore.
