Annis Albin Stotts was born Aug. 11, 1906 in Rochester, Texas. She was the daughter of Harrison O. Albin and Allie Mae Albin. She died May 31, 1995 at the Susanna Wesley Center.
Annis lived most of her earliest years in Spur, Texas and graduated from high school there. She attended Southwestern University at Georgetown, Texas. In 1927 she married Joe Alton Stotts and they moved to Oklahoma City in 1937. Until her retirement in 1968, she worked at Tinker Field.
Members of her family are a daughter, Joan Kendall and her husband, Jim, of Oklahoma City; a granddaughter, Kathy Kendall of Gig Harbor, Washington and grandson, Scott Kendall and his wife, Alex, of Oklahoma City.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, three brothers, and her husband who died in 1966.
Annis was a longtime member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church. She was very active in her book club, and traveled extensively with her many friends.
Remembrances may be made to St. Luke's United Methodist Church or the charity of one's choice.
Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday in Watchorn Chapel, St. Luke's United Methodist Church.
