"GLOVER - On May 1st, 1911, JOHN, husband of Alice B. Glover (nee Bradbury), and son of the late Henry and Isabel Hutchins Glover, aged 77 years. Relatives and friends, also Chester Lodge, No. 286, F. and A. M.; Greble Post, No. 10, G. A. R.; Survivors Co. D., 65th Ohio Regiment; employes of Navy Yard, are invited to attend funeral services, Thursday afternoon, at one o'clock, at his late residence, 1833 Wolf St. Interment private, Northwood Cemetery. Remains may be viewed Wednesday evening."

He was married to Alice Bradbury in 1867. They had the following seven children:

Richard Somers
