BAUMAN, Wilma (Lucas) 95 of Dayton went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 5 after a brief illness. Born and raised in Freemont Ohio, Wilma and her family were active members of St. John's Lutheran Church. She graduated from Freemont High School in 1933. She was a long time member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Vandalia and most recently attended Polk Grove Church in Butler Township.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. & Mrs. John Lucas, sister Matilda Lucas and husband of 54 years Richard Bauman. Left to cherish her memory are sister, niece, dear friends.
It was Mrs. Bauman's wish that her body be donated to the Wright State School of Medicine. Words of remembrance at St. John's, Vandalia Polk Grove. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either of the churches.
