Albert F, Davis.
Albion. Aug. 30.—Albert Franklin Davis, 88 of R. F. D No. 2,
Lockport, died Wednesday (August 28, 1940) in Buffalo. The
funeral was held from the McNall Mortuary here at 2 o'clock
this afternoon. Burial was in Lewiston Riverdale Cemetery.
Surviving Mr. Davis are two sons, Richard S and Gordon M
Davis of Buffalo, a brother, William Davis of Blasdell, and three
grandchildren.

Two sons, Gordon M. Davis, 743 Amherst street, Buffalo, and Richard S. Davis, 267 Knowlton avenue. Kenmore, will share equally in the estate of Albert F. Davis, Pendleton, which was admitted to probate. Letters testamentary were issued to the sons. Mr. Davis died Aug. 28 in Buffalo leaving an estate listed as $5000 realty and $5000 personal property.
