Mrs. Phebe Davis Hamblin, widow of Timothy P. Hamblin, died at her home on Quissett avenue, Tuesday, Feb. 1, aged 66 years, 3 months, 10 days. Mrs. Hamblin was born in Davisville, the daughter of Matthew and Mary Nye Baker.
She is survived by a son, Reuben P. Hamblin, and a daughter, Mrs. Louis A. Robinson. She also leaves a sister, Mrs. Ellis M. Lewis of this place and a brother, Edward A. Baker of Davisville. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon from the Congregational church. Interment in the Woods Hole cemetery.
