Ethel Jewell Craig, 79, Pauls Valley, died Saturday in Enid. She was born August 13, 1904 in Ravia, Oklahoma Indian Territory and had lived in Pauls Valley since 1927. She married Fred Craig in 1919. He preceded her in death in 1975. She was also preceded in death by 1 son, Bobby, 1 grandson, 1 great-grandson, and 1 great-grand-daughter. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Funeral services were Monday at 2 p.m. in the First Baptist Church with Dr. Joe Elam officiating. Burial was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Bob Diggs Funeral Home.
Survivors include 4 sons, Jack Craig of Paoli, Bill Craig of Altus, Ted Craig and Dick Craig, both of Enid; 5 daughters, Betty Lou Craig of Pauls Valley, Virginia Webster and Boots Simpson, both of Moore, Nancy Ann Martz of Neosho, Mo., Bert Roberts of Pauls Valley; 2 brothers, Cleed Wyatt of Bristow, Buster Wyatt of Shawnee; 2 sisters, Ruby Mogridge of Shawnee, Otherine Shannon of Duncan; 21 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren.
