He was born Aug. 23, 1952 to the late Clifford and Christine Allen Woodard.
Surviving are two sons, Russell Leila)Woodard and Jeremiah Woodard, two daughters, Rashell (Donald) Boozer and Michele (Jeremy) Lucas, three sisters, Elizabeth (Neil) Jeffrey, Charolette Stoner and Vivian Mitchell, a brother, Cleatious (Beverly) Woodard and nine grandchildren.
He was also preceded by a brother Kenneth Woodard.
Clifford worked for LTV and US Steel for 35 years. He was currently employed at Talbert Manufacturing in Rensselaer. He wasa member of the White Post Township Fire Department for 20 years, and was a member of the Medaryville American Legion.
He enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his grandkids. He was very loving to all of his family and was loved by many.
