He was a member of Friedens United Church.
His wife, the former Minnie Janowsky, died several years ago.
Surviving are two sons, Milton W. Garlapow, this city, and Raymond A. Garlapow, Arcade, N.Y.; a sister, Mrs. Frieda Sutherland, Niagara Falls, and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Wattengel Funeral Home by Rev. Carl Marks. Burial will be in Friedens Cemetery.
