Mrs. Court Mumford, aged 22 years, died at her home in our village Saturday morning after suffering for months from tuberculosis. She leaves a husband, three little daughters, her parents, Charles Rudicil and wife, two sisters and five brothers to mourn her departure. The funeral was held from the Baptist church Sunday at 11 a.m., her pastor, Rev. C. L. Newton, conducting the sad service. Afterwards the body was laid to rest in the Colony cemetery beside the grave of her infant daughter who died five years ago. The deceased was a devoted wife a fond and loving mother and a consistent christian woman and the hearts of all go out in sympathy to the bereaved ones.
