His wife, Diane (Statuta) Fenner, died in 2008. He leaves two sisters, Barbara Gustafson of Oxford and Carolyn Pavilionis of Northboro; several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by four brothers, James Fenner, Richard Chase, Alton Chase, Jr., and Everett Chase. He was born in Worcester the son of Essek and Myrtle Howard (McCarty) Fenner. He was a US Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War era.
Fred worked for the Burton Waste Corp. in Worcester. He enjoyed reading, gardening and his cat. He was always a faithful and loving husband.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 23rd, at 11:00 a.m in the Oak Ridge Cemetery, Southbridge. There are no calling hours.
