Mrs. Delia Allen
Services for Mrs. Delia Allen, 88, were held Saturday afternoon, November 22nd,
at the Baldwin Funeral Home in Jackson, with Rev. Charles King officiating.
Interment was in the Belzoni Cemetery.
Mrs. Allen passed away Thursday at a Jackson hospital after an extended illness.
A native of Neshoba County, she had made her home in Belzoni for a number of
years and had lived in Jackson for the last several years.
She is survived by three sons, E.G. Allen of Yazoo City, Charles H. Allen and
Alton H. Allen, Jr., both of Jackson; one brother, Louis Moore of Monroe, La.;
21 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
