Age 87, passed away unexpectedly Thursday morning. She was born November 27, 1885 in the Forest Junction area, where she and her husband farmed. She was a member of the St. Mary Catholic church, Hilbert, and the Christian Mothers Society. Survivors include her husband; one son, Edward C., Jr., Route 4, Kaukauna; 8 grandchildren; and one brother, Michael Sommers, Forest Junction. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday from St. Mary Catholic Church, Hilbert, with the Rev. Anthony Birdsall officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Kapitzke Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Sunday.
