HARROGATE, Tenn. — Geneva Ingram Hubbard, 80, passed away Monday Feb. 11, 2008, at Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital.

She was born June 4, 1927, in Bell County, the daughter of the late George and Dora Wilder Ingram. She was a longtime member of the Binghamtown Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Hazel Ingram, Virgie Davis, and Aileen Lovell; brothers-in-law, Ernest Hansard Ky.le Lovell, Clifford "Ned" Barton, and Conley Quillen.

She is survived by the following members of her family: her loving husband of 48 years, Rev. William E. "Bill" Hubbard, Harrogate, Tenn.; brother and sister-in-law, Dempsie and Christine "Teenie" Ingram, Tazewell, Tenn.; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lorene (Clyde R.) Smith, Middlesboro, Ruby (R.L.) Mason, Middlesboro, Velma (Ulys) Barton, Romulus Ky., and sisters, Ollie Hansard, Oma Barton, and Zelma Quillen, all of Middlesboro; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Charlotte and James Wilson, Celina, Ohio; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including those for which she lovingly and proudly provided child care for over the years.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. William Boyd Bingham presiding. Music will be provided by the Binghamtown Baptist Church Choir and the Binghamtown Trio.

Interment will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens. Her nephews will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of the Tri-State Health Care and Dr. C. A. Moore.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, at Creech Funeral Home, Middlesboro, which is in charge of all arrangements.
