LAUREL — Kermit Graham

Kermit Graham, 91, of Stringer, died Saturday, June 11, 2011, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, June 13, at Colonial Chapel in Bay Springs. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery.
Mr. Graham was born March 5, 1920. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. He retired in the oilfield service industry, and he also enjoyed cattle and timber farming. Mr. Graham was a World War II veteran. He served in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper.
He was preceded in death by his parents, J.P. and Nobie Ruffin Graham; sisters, Dimple Harrelson and Mary Katherine Brannon; brothers, J.T., Rector, J.W., Joyce, Ted, Ross, Reva, Cecil and Pebbles Graham; and step-grandchild, Jason Jefcoat.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Nell Broome Graham, Stringer; son, Jan Graham (Regina), Stringer; step-son, Jimmy Jefcoat (Charla), Sharon; step-son, Billy Jefcoat (Debra), Sharon; grandchildren, Blane and Jana Graham; step-grandchildren, Tiffany, Kevin (Vanessa), Amy, Eric (Tori) Jefcoat, Jamie Glenn (Stacy), Debra Jean Sumrall (Mike); step-great-grandchildren, Brittney and Austin Sumrall, Mia, Zach, Kaleb, Isabella and Andrew Jefcoat , Ava Grace Myrick, Davis Lugo and Ian Glenn.
Pallbearers will be Greg Graham, Jerry Graham, Buddy Graham, Carson Graham, Johnny Graham and Tom Broome. Honorary pallbearers will be his nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs, which is in charge of arrangements.
