Father P.P. Davis was called to fight with Co F 56 Inf and died 28 June 1864. After the war his Mother came with an Uncle to Fannin Co., GA.
Ham was married Jan 17 1884 to Mary Malinda Hutchens (1863-1893) and there is no record of children except possibly Harley Davis b. 1893 in North Carolina.
About 1894 he married Dena C (maiden name unknown) in Fannin Co., GA. Daughter Femmie A Davis was born in 1897 in Georgia, then Della B in 1899 and Edmond E in 1902 both also in Georgia. Sons Carl b. 1906 and Roy b. 1910 are listed as born in Tennessee.
The widow Dena with children are in McMinn County Tennessee in 1900 and 1920. By 1930 She and some of the kids including daughter Femmie A Davis Hyde who is wife of William Cornelius Hyde are in Michigan.
