Regina (Rachel) came to America in 1852, landing in Baltimore, Maryland. She and her family settled for a short time in York, Pennsylvania before moving or Ohio and then to Indiana where they stayed.

Married William Lee Parks on April 5, 1882 in Patricksburg, Owen County, Indiana. They later moved to Utah, eventually settling in Annabella, Sevier County, Utah. They were the parents of nine children.
