DEQUINCY - Funeral services for Mrs. Era Lynette Young, 63, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Pilgrim Holiness church in Oakdale, with Rev. and Mrs. Lee Rathburn officiating. Burial will be in the Oakdale cemetery under direction of the Snider funeral home of DeQuincy. The body will rest at the church until time for services. Mrs. Young died at 8:15 p.m. Sunday at the Douglas Clinic in DeQuincy. She had lived in the DeQuincy area for the past three years after moving there from Oakdale, where she was a member of the Pilgrim Holiness church. She is survived by her husband, Alva Young of DeQuincy; one son, Ira Lee Young of Oakdale; one daughter, Molly Maxine Young of DeQuincy; three brothers, Paxton, Richard, and James Jones, all of Oakdale; three sisters, Mrs. Lonny Welch and Mrs. W. R. Hargrove Jr., both of Oakdale, and Mrs. Archie Roy of Clute, Tex.; and two grandchildren.
