Eleanor Vaught Morris, 85, died Monday, Feb 16, 1987 at home in El Reno. She is survived by her husband, Marquis Stone Morris of the home; her daughter and son-in-law, Mary Elizabeth and John Bentley and grandson, John Morris Bentley all of Oklahoma City; her sister, Mrs Wayman J Thompson; and her brother, Edgar S Vaught.
Eleanor was the daughter of the late Judge and Mrs Edgar S Vaught. She was born in Dandridge TN and lived in OKC until her marriage in 1927. Mrs Morris was a member of Alhenaeum Club and Wesley Methodist Church in El Reno.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wesley Methodist Church Memorial Fund. Memorial services will be held at 2pm Wednesday in the Wesley Methodist Church in El Reno with entombment in Rose Hill Mausoleum, OKC. Services are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home, El Reno.
