BALCER Enoch "Bud" Balcer, 83, passed away peacefully Sunday, February 6, 2011 with his loving family surrounding him. He was born January 25, 1928 to Enoch and Margaret of South Fork, PA. He was an original parishioner of St Pius X Catholic Church and a proud member of The United States Marines Corps serving in WWII. Bud worked for North American Rockwell for 37 years. He was a member of The Knights of Columbus, involved with The Bexley Conservation Club, and was an avid Buckeye fan and outdoorsman. Bud is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Agnes "Aggie". He was a proud father to their seven children, Dave (Janie), Diane (Larry) Dixon, Donna (Dan) Hulse, Deborah (Jerry) Billiter, Dan (Max) and Denis (Rachel); 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Also survived by sister, Louise; and close family friend, Tammy Spencer. Preceded in death by his parents, son Doug, daughter-in-law Colleen, grand-daughter Ashtyn, brother Dave and sister Peggy. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (St Pius X chapter) or www.stjude.org. His family will receive friends Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at the COTNER FUNERAL HOME, 7369 E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1051 S. Waggoner Road, Reynoldsburg. His interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
