DEATH COME TO ST. PAUL WOMAN

MRS LUCINDA RIDLEN, WIDOW OF CUMBERLAND RIDLEN, DIED EARLY TODAY

WAS A NATIVE OF ILLINOIS

Mrs. Lucinda Ridlen, widow of the late Cumberland Ridlen, passed away at her home in St. Paul at two-thirty o'clock this morning. Death was due to a complication of diseases. Mrs. Ridlen was born in Brown county, Illinois, on June 8, 1836, her age being 86 years, eight months and twenty-one days.

On January 31, 1856 she was married to Cumberland Ridlen. To this union were born three children, one son having died at the age of five years. Those surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Jacob Johnnes and Mrs. J.W. Bush, both of St. Paul. Also four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Mrs. Ridlen was a member of the Christian church of St. Paul. The deceased was a very well known woman in the St. Paul community and will be missed by a host of friends and relatives.

Interment will be made in the Ridlen cemetery, south of St. Paul. The hour of the funeral has not yet been set and will be announced later by R.T. Stewart in charge.
