DR. FROMAN DEAD
Caldwell, Jan 7. -- (Special). Dr. Felix Froman, one of the old-time residents of this region, died yesterday of apoplexy at the home of his son, George Froman, in this city. The funeral took place at the latter's residence today at 10 o'clock and was in charge of the Masonic lodge here. Rev. J. Charles Dowling conducted the services at the house. Dr. Froman came to Idaho in 1864 and for many years was a well-known physician. Of late years he resided in Malheur County, Oregon, near Vale, but was brought to Caldwell 10 days ago for treatment. He leaves a widow, four sons and a daughter, three of whom George, Tobe and Mrs. Mumford, are residents of this vicinity. Dr. Froman was a very genial, cheerful man and many old timer will remember him kindly. He was 73 years of age at the time of his death.
