Domie was born on October 14, 1932 in Peña Blanca, NM.
Domie was preceded in death by her parents, José and Frances Gurulé, her husband, Pete Aragón Sr., brother, Toby Gurulé and sisters, Bertha Lucero, Gertrude Gurulé and Josephine Gurulé.
Domie is survived by her children, Anthony Aragón, Barbara Aragón, Pete Aragón Jr., Cathy Garduño and her husband, Tom and Lawrence Aragón and his wife, Karen, grandchildren, Celeste Baca and her husband, Leonard, Joseph Garduño and his wife, Ashley, Cynthia Aragón and her fiancé, Clifford Durán, Christina Aragón, Ambrose Aragón, Kyle Aragón and his wife, Narree, Ben Garduño, Aaron Aragón and Rebecca Garduño, great-grandchildren, Christiana, Damien, Leonard, Angelina, Audrianna and Iasic, her brother, Tony Gurulé and his wife, Lupe, her sister, Jane Sandoval and her husband, Ernie, sister-in-law, Mary Gurulé, father-in-law, Johnnie Archibeque Sr., sisters-in-law, Melba Griego, Theresa Lucero and Sandra Gutiérrez and her husband, Roger, brothers-in-law, Florencia Aragón and his wife, Carol, Johnnie Archibeque Jr. and his wife, Esther and Pancho Archibeque.
Domie was a life long member of the Catholic Church.
A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, Bernalillo, NM, followed by a Funeral Mass. Burial will take place at 3:00 p.m. in Santa Fé National Cemetery, Santa Fé, NM.
Special thanks to the nurses at Heritage Hospice and to all family members who cared for Domie during her illness.
