TOWN OF ALGOMA WOMAN DIES HERE

Mrs. Marie Sippel, wife of Martin Sippel, of the town of Algoma, died this morning at 4:20 o'clock at Mercy hospital. Death was due to a complication of diseases, following an illness of several months.

Survivors are her husband; one son, Charles, her father, Patrick Scannell of the town of Forest, Fond du Lac county; two sisters, Mrs. William Mullen, Greenbush, Sheboygan county, and Mrs. Katherine Burns, town of Forest, Fond du Lac county, and two brothers, John Scannell, town of Mitchell, Sheboygan county, and Lawrence Scannell, town of Forest, Fond du Lac county.

Mrs. Sippel taught school in Fond du Lac county schools for a number of years previous to her marriage.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock at her home on Route 4, and at 10 o'clock at St. John's Catholic church. The Rev. Felix Sippel of Elkhorn, Wis., will officiate. Burial will be at Calvary cemetery. friends may view the remains at the home from Sunday afternoon to the time of the services.

SIPPEL – Funeral services were held this morning for Mrs. Marie Sippel. The service at the home on the Omro road was at 9:30 o'clock with services at St. John's Catholic church at 10 o'clock, the Rev. J.J. Ahearn officiating. Pallbearers were Hugo Merk, Frank Ratchman, Frank Nigl, Rudolph Miller, John Michels, Theodore Stelzner. Members of the Women's sodality of St. John's church attended the services in a body. Interment was at Calvary cemetery.

SIPPEL – Funeral services for Mrs. Martin Sippel of the town of Oshkosh were held Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock at St. John's church. Mrs. Sippel passed away Saturday morning at Mercy hospital where she had undergone a serious operation followed by a five-weeks illness. The Rev. Felix Sippel of Elkhorn, brother of Martin Sippel, officiated, with the Rev. Joseph Ahearn, pastor of St. John's church, saying the prayers in the sanctuary. The Ladies Aid society of which Mrs. Sippel was devout member, assembled at the church. The floral tributes were both numerous and beautiful.

Pallbearers were Hugo Merk, Frank Ratchman, Frank Nigl, Rudolph Miller, John Michels, Theodore Stelzer.

Those from out of town attending the services were Dr. and Mrs. J.E. Hanke and daughter, Magdelyn of Cazenovia, Joseph Scannell, West Allis, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Walsh, South Milwaukee, Mrs. John Scheible and son, Herbert, of Racine, Mr. and Mrs. J.F.
