They divorced and she married Leslie White.
2nd wife, Alberta Bruggenwirth married July 18, 1933 in Dubuque, Iowa.
He is the father of 3 children, Roger, David and Gloria.
After his death, Roger is adopted to Alfred & Naomi Cameron.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Snell funeral home for Howard W. Kramer, 2447 Chamanche avenue, who died Tuesday in Jane Lamb hospital after a weeks illness with pneumonia. The Rev. J. S. Leamer, of St. Paul's English Lutheran church, will officiate. Burial will be in Clinton Memorial Park.
Mr. Kramer was born Feb. 11, 1909 in Clinton, the son of Mr and Mrs Fred Kramer. He spent his entire life here and was employed in th J. L. Kramer shops. Mr. Kramer was married July 18,1933 in Dubuque to Alberta Bruggenwirth.
Survivors include Mrs. Kramer, three children, Roger, David and Gloria, the parents, one sister, Mrs. LeRoy Knight and a number of cousins.
