MR. and MRS. MELVIN H. HAUG FUNERAL
Rosary for Mr. and Mrs. Melvin H. Haug, of 4028 Midvale Ave. N., who were injured fatally Friday when their car collided with a truck near Drummond, Mont., will be said at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow at St. Benedict's Church.
Requiem Mass will be said at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in Holyrood, directed by Hoffner's Fisher-Kalfus Funeral Home.
Born in St. Paul, Mr. Haug, 60, came here after serving with the Army during World War II. He was a crane operator at Jorgenson Iron Works. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans.
Mrs. Julia Haug, 51, was born in Hague, N.D., and came here in 1938. She worked in the supply department at the University of Washington Hospital.
Surviving the couple are three daughters, Mrs. Robert Davis, Mrs. Gerald Patrick and Nancy Haug, all of Seattle.
Mr. Haug is survived by three brothers, Walter and Arthur, both of Everett, and Clarence Haug, Newberg, Ore., and two sisters, Mrs. Mabel Littel, Seattle, and Mrs. Elma Boyer, Snohomish.
Mrs. Haug is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Scherr, Billings, Mont.; three brothers, John, Denver, Joseph, Casper, Wyo., and Robert Scherr, Billings, and five sisters, Sister Michael Anne, Santa Monica, Calif., Mrs. Margaret Rogers, Billings, Mrs. Kathryn Hoffman and Mrs. Isabel Heinz, both of Denver, and Mrs. Anna Gray, Cullman, Ala.
