Survivors: wife, Dorothy; sons, Willie Gene of Midwest City, Okla., Arthur(Huck)III, Shawn Martin Miller, both of Hutchinson, Elvis Phillips of Wichita, Steven of Atlanta, Ga.; daughters, Jaqulyn Manning of Enid, Barbara Barnes of Tulsa, Janet Moye of Wichita; brother, Marvin, sisters, Elizabeth Columbus, Edgerlee Porter, all of Denver; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
