Helen P. Ison Taggart
Graveside services for Helen P. Ison Taggart, age 80, of Rusk, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 23, 2006, at Moseley Cemetery near Rusk with the Rev. Don Copeland officiating under the direction of Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home of Rusk.
Mrs. Taggart passed away June 21, 2006 in Tyler.
She was born May 23, 1926 in Boyd County, Kentucky.
She was a housewife and a Nazarene.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Verna Ison, husband, James Taggart, and three brothers, John Davis Ison, William J. Ison and Albert C. Ison.
She is survived by her son, Charles Westerby of Beaumont; one brother, Floyd Ison of Windsor, Missouri; three sisters, Rose Grayson of Ashland, Kentucky, Rheba Grayson of Ashland, Kentucky, and sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Morris Moseley of Rusk.
Visitation was held from 7-8 p.m. Thursday, June 22, 2006, at Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
