HUSBAND IS CHARGED IN WIFE'S DEATH

A warrant on a charge of murder was served on Ted Bradley, of near Bethel, in the death of his wife, Judith Ann[Mansfield]Bradley, 39. He is to appear tomorrow in Bath Circuit Court on arraignment on a previously filed assault charge.
Mrs. Bradley was shot about 4 a.m. 29 August in their home on Little Flat Creek Road. She was taken to the Mary Chiles Hospital in Mt. Sterling following the shooting and then to the University of Kentucky Medical Center where she died 1 September of a gunshot wound to the head.
Her husband was indicted by the Bath County grand jury.

OWINGSVILLE- Ted Bradley 64, Dalton Court, Lexington, formerly of Bath County, Ky widower of Judith Ann[Mansfield]Bradley, died Thursday. Services 2p.m. Monday, Ritchie Hunt Funeral Home. Visitation 11 a.m. Monday. Memorial gifts; Owingsville First Church of God.

Ted is survived by one son Ted Stuart Bradley at home;
one daughter Jennifer Williams of Sharpsburg Ky.

Ted is buried next to his wife Judith with a very small marker. Burial in Longview Cemetery.
