She was born October 9, 1939 in Bay City, the daughter of Joseph and Maryann (Czuba) Gorzenski. Marge graduated from St. Stansilaus High School, Bay City, and earned her L.P.N. degree from Delta College. In 2001, she retired from Bay Medical after 40 years of service. Marge enjoyed family trips up north and visiting area casinos. She was an avid reader and a strong supporter of the Humane Society.
Margaret is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Joel (Melissa "Missy") Forristall of Bay City; grandchildren, Aaron, Alissa, Alex, Jacob, Seth, Autumn Enszer, Grant Lentner, Emma Forristall; mother, Maryann Gorzenski of Bay City; stepsons, Rick (Lori) Enszer, and Mark Enszer all of Midland; sister, Joann Charbonneau of Kawkawlin; nieces, Sherry Binder, and Jolie Cooney; special friend, Mary Ann Valencourt of Auburn; and her former husband, Edward Forristall of Chicago, Ill. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Gorzenski; brother, Clarence Gorzenski; and her sister, Mary Gorzenski. Her husband, Jerry Enszer, preceded her in death Oct. 26, 2005.
The funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 5, 2011, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Father Peter J. Gaspeny will officiate, with burial in New Calvary Cemetery. The vigil for the deceased will take place at 7 p.m., Sunday, at the funeral home. Friends may call at the Ware Smith Woolever Funeral Home, 1200 W. Wheeler St., today from 6-8 p.m., Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., and at the church on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until time of services.
