Mr. Collis Clyde Aday, age 65, Muscle Shoals, passed away Monday, Sept. 24, 2001.Visitation will be Tuesday, Sept. 25, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Spry-Serenity Chapel in Sheffield.The service will be Wednesday, Sept. 26, at 1 p.m. at Spry-Serenity Chapel, with Brother Kurk Cagle and Brother Herschel Quinn officiating. Burial will follow in Glendale Cemetery in Leighton.He was a member of Nitrate City Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his brother, Howard Autry; and parents, Guy Sr. and Lila Aday.Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Aday, Muscle Shoals; son, Anthony Aday and wife, Kelly, Muscle Shoals; daughter, Michelle Terry Stutts and husband, Bobby, Tuscumbia; sister, Dorothy Bell Balentine and husband, Will, Lexington; brothers, Guy Aday Jr. and wife, Doyle Jean, Muscle Shoals; George Russell Pallbearers will include David Scott, Danny Pace, Raymond Aday, Donnie Balentine, Kelly Aday and Ryan Aday. Honorary pallbearers: Ronnie Aday, Dr. Ridgeway, Dr. Bailey, Dr. Williams, Dr. Bowling, Dr. Kalieth and Brother Kitchens.
