MRS. EARL GUEST
Funeral services for Mrs. Earl Guest of Salado, who died at Union Hill where she was teaching school, were held last Thursday afternoon at the Nolanville Baptist church, conducted by Dr. A. C. Gettys of Baylor College, assisted by Rev. W. I. Newton.
Mrs. Guest's death came as the result of a relapse of an attack of influenza, she having seemingly recovered from the first attack.
The deceased was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Preston Mize of Nolanville, and was well known and loved by a wide circle of friends. She was an active member of the Baptist church. Her name is found among the charter members of the Eastern Star of this city.
Active pallbearers were: Roy Hamilton, Jesse D. Cox, Emmett Guest, Zula Guest, Ballard Guest and Bennie Thompson.
