- They were parents of 4 known children:
1. Anna Marie MARTIN b. 1836. She married 1) Levi H. STORY, who died about a year later, and married 2) Benjamin STEWART. Anna Marie died in 1887.
2. Emaline "Emma" MARTIN b. 1831, married Cornelius 'C.S.' PERKINS. Emaline died in 1908.
3. Oliver E. MARTIN b. 1840. Oliver married Charlotte SHELEY and removed to Labette County, Kansas. Oliver died in 1900.
4. James A. MARTIN, whose name appears as Gorma in a census record, was b. abt. 1841.
- George Martin died 28 March 1855 and had named a Coomer Martin as executor of his last will and testament. Coomer was born in New York on 17 Nov 1828.
