8/11/1966- Tuttle Times:
Funeral services for Mrs Della Biddy were held Saturday, Aug 6, at the First Baptist church in Tuttle. Mr Burl Allen and Rev Boyd Rayburn held the services. Mrs Biddy was born in Texas 2/11/1885. She moved to Oklahoma in 1889 and had lived in Tuttle the past 47 years. She was a teacher and worker in the Baptist church for 35 years. She had been in failing health the past 3 years. Music was provided by a trio; Mrs H.O. McClendon, Mrs Carroll Burris, & Mrs Eloise Hovis. Survivors are 1 son, Delbert of Oklahoma City, 2 daughters, Mrs Ruby McBroom of Electra, TX, & Mrs Grace Tennery of Wichita, KS, 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 1 sister, Mrs Alice Chaney of Wichita, KS, and 1 brother, Bill Traxler of Tuttle. Her husband and 1 daughter preceded her in death. Pallbearers were Bennie Douglas, Carroll Burris, Royce Rieder, Troy Marlow, Harold McCarthey, & Boyd Troop.
Interment was at Fairlawn cemetery, Tuttle, under the direction of Sevier funeral home.
