Anna was born in Oftersheim, Heidelberg, Germany to parents Georg Micheal Gieser and Anna Margaretha Hoffmann. She came to the United States in 1923. She married William J. Boldt September 20, 1924 in Marquette, Michigan. They had no children. After her husband's death in 1944 she moved to California and worked for Mr. Garret Peters. She died there in the Casa Descanso Convalescent Home and was buried November 8, 1958.
