Henry Burgin was born October 14, 1912 to Eugene and Sadie (Phelps) Burgin in Wisconsin. Henry had been a resident of the Dickinson County Care Center for twenty-nine years.
Funeral services were held Thursday, August 27, 1987, at the Turner Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Dr. Phil Covert officiating. Burial was in the Milford Cemetery. He died August 24 at the Dickinson County Memorial Hospital in Spirit Lake.
Henry was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers. Survivors include two sisters, Nellie Long of Marion, and Bessie Hatt of California.
