Milton O. Klemme, 79, of 347 Pleasant View Road, Plymouth, passed away Nov, 23, 2003, at Rocky Knoll Health Care Center where he had resided for the past month. Born Aug. 1, 1924, in the Town of Plymouth, Milton was a son of the late Edwin and Laura Wimmler Klemme and attended area grade schools. On Dec. 21, 1946, he was united in marriage to Ruth Bunge at the Community Church in Elkhart Lake. Milton was a farmer and a machinist for many years in the area and worked for Hydraulic Tools in Sheboygan, Tecumseh in New Holstein and Holden Machine in Kohler. He was a member of Our Shepherd UCC in Howards Grove. He was a former member of the Elkhart Lake Lions Club and a member of the National Guard. He was an avid bowler and hunter.
Milton is survived by his wife, Ruth; three children, Kaye (Lyle) Theune of Plymouth, William (Kay) Klemme of North Fond du Lac, and Thomas Klemme and special friend, Shirley Jawort of Howards Grove; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; four sisters, Luella Klemme, Gloria (Arnold) Kleinhans, Roma Theel, and Kathy Meives; two brothers, Harold (Shirley) and Frank (Virginia). He was preceded in death by a brother, Harris Klemme.
