Born in Randolph, N.Y., Scotty was Past Master of Parkrose Masonic Lodge and owner of Blair's Woodworking. His wife, Leona, died in 2010. He is survived by his sons, Alex and Gary; daughter, Sally Fisher; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Private service in Willamette National Cemetery.
