Thanks for Michelle Koons for setting me straight on this:
The stone says "Grand Mother" not something else and "Mother".
We know where grandmother Fenderson is buried (in fact, we know where the great grandmothers are buried as well), Grandmother Fenderson was born in 1814, and died 1889. Grandmother Housel however is noted as shown below as having died in 1887 (not 1886 as this stone seems to show). Additionally, Grandmother Housel was born in 1807 (not 1808, as this stone seems to show - and which is supported by a transcription of the Housel Bible, though on October 31, 1807 by this transcription of a February 1921 letter between DR. J.R. HOUSEL and his cousin Lorenzo W. HOUSEL (a bible that seems to be 'lost' at the moment). The September 30, 1807 date is calculated from the data of death and age at death taken from the obituary that appeared in the Columbia County Republican. Noting the uncertainty of our own information, and the fact that Hannah FENDERSON (nee HOUSEL), daughter of Margaret HOUSEL (nee Giles) died only a little more than two years after her mother (was Hannah suffering in a way similar to her mom?), and the marker was likely laid after Hannah's death, and with only an estimation of her mother's real birth and death dates. So with some renewed confidence, I join Michelle in that this is probably the headstone for Margaret HOUSEL (nee GILES) mother of Hannah FENDERSON (nee HOUSEL).

Note 1: Margaret listed as 42, but is actually 72 (confirmed with Microfilm of the original census). Similarly, the 7 in Alice's age is misread as a 4. So Alice is 27.
Note 2: Notice that sisters Maggie and Alice list different birth places of their mother. So believe Alice was indeed Margaret's daughter, but "Maggie" was the daughter of a different mother. HOWEVER, Maggie, while living with her husband from 1850 onward until the 1880 Census where they are joined by the elder Margaret and her sister Alice, had listed the birthplace of her mother as Pennsylvania.
